DirectLOGIC series PLCs are available in fixed I/O (brick) and modular, rack-based models with a common programming platform. Most components are compatible with existing installations under the DirectLOGIC name as well as legacy private-labeled models from GE, TI, and Siemens.
DL05 Micro PLC
Our smallest micro PLC offers six I/O combinations of AC, DC, and relay I/O, and advanced programming functions such as PID and drum sequencing.

DL05 PLC Units
The DL05 micro PLC line includes eight PLC units, each with 8 built-in discrete inputs, 6 discrete outputs. One option slot adds analog or discrete I/O, additional communications or a memory module with real-time clock and battery back-up.

DL06 Micro/Modular PLC
Our first micro PLC to combine fixed I/O of 20 inputs and 16 outputs with four option card slots for expansion (discrete, analog, communication modules), all in the same package. With the DL06 PLC, you can use the same PLC panel layout for all applications from 36 to 100 I/O.

DL06 CPU Units
The DL06 micro PLC line has nine base units to choose from, each has 20 built-in inputs and 16 built-in outputs. The DL06 PLC is a great fit for high voltage, 220-240 VAC applications or remote 12 VDC applications, and everything in between.

The most practical micro-modular PLC with a wide range of I/O and communications modules. Each D2-262 CPU offers two communications ports that provide a vast array of communication possibilities.
The top RJ-12 RS-232 port can be used for connection to a C-more operator interface panel or as a single K-sequence or DirectNET Server.
The 15-pin bottom port (port 2) supports RS-232 or RS-422/RS485.

DL405 CPUs
The DirectLogic DL405 controller offers a wide variety of I/O modules and configurations. You can build a control system with local/ distributed I/O of up to 3,500 points. Use the built-in PID instruction or specialty modules to perform cost-effective process control. The DirectLOGIC DL405 controller offers two feature-enhanced CPUs in this product line, the D4-454 and D4-454DC-1. Both include a built-in power supply and communication ports. Each CPU offers a large amount of program memory, The D4-454 CPUs offer a substantial instruction set and advanced diagnostics. The DirectLOGIC D4-450 CPU is updated to a model D4-454 CPU.
